Can't log in / login data doesn't work / login link is broken


I tried to log in to our old account. The login data doesn't work. Resetting the password also doesn't work (no account was found), but we didn't delete our account.
There's a link to an older version (purchased before 2012). I tried this, because we set up the account 2012 or earlier, but the link also doesn't work (http://www.jwplayer.com/jw5/).

Can anybody help me? I'm really frustrated right now.
I need to log in to our account, but I can't find a way to do this.

If you’re looking to start using JW 6 or JW 7, you need to sign up for a new account as we sunset service for JW 5. Let me know if you have any questions.
