Where have my playlists gone

I'm getting this message for playlists (mp3) I created using JW5

[PLAYLIST not found]

Where have all my playlists gone - does the plugin delete them or what?

Running the latest version of wordpress.

All and any help gratefully received.

Hi, there.

As of May 2014, we no longer provide support for JW Player 5. We normally stop supporting previous releases of products 18 months after the release of the newer version.

I would recommend taking a look at the newest version of JW Player, version 7, at https://www.jwplayer.com/.

The same problem occurred in version 6. Which was why I reverted to 5. Not impressed at all either by the fact that my playlists have gone or by this response. Quite frankly I'm sorry I ever installed it.
