I'm using windows 10 laptop with the Edge as a browser, I think. Not very computer savvy. I'm trying to watch a series from the watch series website using the JW Player. However, when I tried to download your free player, it says its not supported by the Edge. Plus when I click on the pic, it says "error loading media: file not found.
Please could you advise??

Hi Richard,
Our player runs in Javascript, so the videos should work in your browser right away. You do not need to download our player in order to view these videos. Based on the error you are seeing, it sounds like the web site developer is trying to load a video that does not exist. Can you contact them and point this error out to them? You might also be seeing this error if Flash is not installed on your computer. Is the video at the top of www.jwplayer.com working for you?
