You do not need to sign up for a Free account of our player in order to watch videos, but I am not sure why you are not receiving our account verification e-mail. Did it go to your spam folder by any chance?
Web site developers need an account with us in order to put videos on their web site, but you do not need an account to view them. The only requirement for viewers to be able to see the videos is usually just an updated browser and Javascript enabled, but the full requirements depend on how the web site developer has included the videos, what kind of video they use, etc.
The best course of action for you is to contact the web site developer and let them know their videos are no longer working for you.
