Signup for the JW Player

I get the "Thank You for signing up" message & that I'm suppose to follow the link in my e-mail to finish creating my account. I keep chacking my e-mail and there's no message coming through. Just how long must I wait for this" creating my account" link? So far, I'm finding this whole process very user unfriendly & obviously time consuming with no useful result. I have a hard time believing that i'm the only one who has experienced this. It is a good e-mail address & others get through to me just fine.

I just sent an activation link to the e-mail address you used for the forum. Were you using that address or another one?
