Playlist videos do not auto-play on Apple TV mirror

I'm initializing the JW player with a playlist (multiple videos). When each video ends, I load the next video by calling playlistItem(index). This works perfectly for desktop and on iOS devices (even in fullscreen mode).

However, when mirroring an iOS device to AppleTV, when a video ends, it queues up the next video but in a paused state. The user has to click play on their phone to start the next video.

Just wondering if this is a known issue or if playlists in general should be able to auto-play when mirroring to AppleTV.

Yes, I have seen this behavior before during my own testing with an Apple TV. Our engineers say they do not currently have a way to fix this.
