when i put this link on my jwplayer it not works. please help me. how can i make it playeble?

Looks like that link is returning an MP4, so be sure to include type: ‘mp4’ in your player setup so our player knows what kind of video to expect.

Hi, there.

What Todd said should technically work, but I just tested it and it doesn’t look like it’s working well. It does cause the browser to start downloading the MP4, but it looks like it’s quite a large one. I stopped trying after the download was going on for five minutes without being done. I would recommend you provide the player with a URL to the actual MP4, but also encoding the MP4 so that it is at a decent file size so that people with lower bandwidths or mobile devices can see your content.
