Stream won't work in JWPlayer

I have created multiple websites with JWPlayers running .m3u8 streams, which all work perfectly. Now I've got a costumer that gave me a stream that I can't get to work.

When I open this in VLC it works, but in JWPlayer I can't get it to work. Does anyone know what settings I need for this specific stream? Or if it's just not posible with JWPlayer?

That video appears to work on the JW Player Stream Tester. Can you provide a link to a reproduction page so I can inspect your embed code?
