I have been provided a VAST tag for HTML5 player and a VAST tag for Flash Player. Is there a way in the player setup I can tell the player which VAST tag to use depending on what technology it decides to run with?
Such as, a person opens the player in HTML5 mobile device and the player runs HTML5, I need it to use the HTML5 VAST tag then.
Possible?

There is no built-in functionality that would allow you to specify one ad tag if the player is in Flash, and another if the player is in HTML5. However, our player does handle ad tags that supply both Flash and HTML5-compatible creatives, but these would have to be supplied by your ad network.
