Error Loading Stream: Could not connect to server

Hi Everyone,

So trying to access one of my properties webcams which is posted on surfguru.com and I am getting the dreaded "Error Loading Stream: Could not connect to server" . I contacted our IT support which is actually Dell and they can't access it either. I see it works on my phone whether i'm connected to the WiFi or to the phone internet. But it does not work on other people's phones.

What is my alternative here? I would not be able to embed this on the properties webpage and tell people that there is a 70 : 30 chance that this video will work with what device you are on and what internet you are on unless you go through 'x' amount of steps to change it.

Hopefully it's something simple, as the video does look great on the two devices I did get it to work on.
