Issue about the wordpress plugin JW Player 6 Plugin for Wordpress Version 2.1.13


This is the site owner of “bricklane.com.hk” and we have your plugin installed on our wordpress site. Recently, our site is not working properly. The warning message is “Conflict with another plugin which overwrites jQuery”. We could neither publish or update posts.

We have sought help from our cloudproxy provider sucuri and they reported that their IP is being blocked by some wordpress plugins. Could you whitelist the following IPs? If there are any other possible ways to resolve the issue, kindly suggest as well.

Hi,

We don’t whitelist by IP, but I’m not sure that the error is related to something within our control. Have you taken any troubleshooting steps to isolate the plugin? Is there a page that has the Player on it that you can provide to me? Additionally, you may want to try the newest version of our beta plugin here that utilizes JW Player 7.
