Our Company uses your player to play back Videos on our private communities internally, usually on IE10/11 - we are all updated to Flash Player 20.0 we have launched many videos with no problems but the last one we launched looked ok just the same as the ones before but the problem is Some users can hear the video and some cannot - we have checked all sorts of setting while the video is playing - "Settings" - "Global Settings" - the volume in all the laptops - the Audio Drivers - but its only this one Video - Any suggestions would be grateful - not an easy one - Oh and I should add we are a mixture of Windows 8.1 and Windows 7 - Also works fine via Chrome - but the company does not support Chrome

Hi, Tom.

This may be hard to troubleshoot if the page is internal-only and I cannot see it, but the first thing I would check is to see if Flash’s hardware acceleration is causing any issues. You can try disabling hardware acceleration by following the steps on this page on Adobe’s site.

Please let me know.

Thank you.
