wowza rtmp url will not work in JW, works in wowza test applet

This is the URL to one of my clients rtmp wowza VOD files:

rtmp://rtmp.cal-span.org:1935/CARB-VOD/mp4:CARB_16-02-18/CARB_16-02-18.mp4

Could someone test this url in your JWPlayer and see if it will work? I am baffled "htto" is working in my player, this is not
