DVR Live Streaming - No playable Sources Found

We have a liscensed version of JW Player 7, and are trying to get it up and running with a DVR Live Stream. When I hook things up, I get "No playable sources found" but when I use the stream in the DVR tester at http://demo.jwplayer.com/stream-tester/, it works!! I downloaded the latest version of 7 from our account, but nothing clears the error.

I've seen the article at https://support.jwplayer.com/customer/en/portal/articles/1430265-dvr-live-streaming and tried to set it up that way with no luck.

Also tried via the auto-generated code in the JW Tester, with no luck. Keep getting the same error. Super confused what is wrong.

I set up a demo at http://goo.gl/5wcXqJ where you can see the error.

Any ideas?

Thanks
Jay

The licence key you are using is that of the "free" edition.

Unlike other player solutions, JW Player requires you to pay for a Premium edition licence in order to play HLS (and DVR) on desktop.

That's odd as I got the key from our paid download page. How can you tell it's a "free" license key? We paid for the full package.

Hi Jay,

If you log into your account and click on the support link, you can e-mail us directly. I just logged into your account, and the key you have on file is different from the one I see on your example page.

Thanks Donni,

I don't see a way to contact support. Do you mean "Give Feedback"? Other than that, everything under the Support link is just references to articles.

Is there a different Support link?

Thanks

You have another login name, with the same domain, and same first letter.
