No control bar

Hi,
I'm trying to watch streamed video from a third-party site and the player works fine, but I can't get the control bar to appear at the bottom. This means I can't activate fullscreen and so am having to watch a small window in the middle of my laptop screen. Can anyone please help?

You can call something like:
jwplayer().setControls(true)

If they are using JW Player and the player is exposed to you via the Google Chrome Console.
