Apparently it's tricky to get the elapsed time of the video on demand.
player.getPosition() doesn't give me a very accurate number, based on the connection it can be quite bumpy, especially when the user clicks on different positions of the bar.

Can you please give me a link to a page where you have the affected player installed? I would like to take a look at your implementation to see if anything can be done. Some of the API functions can have their responses vary based on the browser and/or rendering mode, especially if you are using .on(“time”) or .on(“meta”).
