We recently switched from JW6 to JW7 for our live streams and have started getting random 404 errors. The streams are there and usually, though not always, another request will load the video stream. We are using wowza on our origin servers.
Is there something we need to tweak now that we have upgraded video players? This never occurred on JW6.

You shouldn’t need to do anything to our player when switching from JW 6 to JW 7, especially anything that would cause a 404 error. Can you possibly send the URL of your HLS stream so I may take a look?

We had a couple issues but what we found was the chunkfiles would load, but the .ts requests would 404. it was too short of a delay. We increased from 6 .ts files to .16 and have not had the issue since.
