I need to be abel to drag left and right through video frames is that possible?

The Question is So I have a Video Contact Sheet im using / editing and with the quicktime plugin and object embed im able to drag left and right and the video would either go forward through the video frames or reverse the video frames so i can literally drag through the video frame by frame with a mouse or touch. Is there anyway i can replicate this functionality with html5/jwplayer Thanks in advance im not sure if this makes sense to anyone or not.

When you drag the playhead in the control bar, the image in the player will update but not as quickly as you are probably wanting it to. There is another option to add preview thumbnails to the control bar, which would give you the frame-by-frame scrubbing. You can see this in action, and the code responsible, on this support article.
