Hello, I've been researched a bit on here, but cannot find the answer. When we place videos up on Facebook, they work and play perfectly on the page while viewing them on a computer. When viewing on a mobile device, it sends the user to the 'preview' page (http://content.jwplatform.com/previews/) which can be off putting for viewers.
Can anyone help on this?

Hi there, sorry for the delay in response to your question. This is a known limitation of embedding on facebook and viewing on a mobile device. We have written up a request for engineering to make the preview page mobile responsive, but it is true currently that when viewing from a mobile device, currently it does redirect to the preview page which is not mobile responsive.
