Does JWPlayer support adCompanions property as described in section 3.2.9 of the IAB VPAID spec?
Hi -- a quick and simple question: does JWPlayer support dynamic companion ads fetched from the VPAID object (and not from VAST response), as described in section 3.2.9 of VPAID 2.0 spec: http://www.iab.net/media/file/VPAID_2.0_Final_04-10-2012.pdf
And to clarify, this is a property and not a function, correct?
I would like to look into this issue for you. Can you potentially provide me a sample of your page via a link with no external elements or CSS so I can review this? This provides me a clearer idea of what could be causing the issue from a JW Player embed perspective.
? I'm not sure what issue you're referring to. It's a question -- do you support the VPAID 2.0 adCompanions property, as defined in section 3.2.9 in the VPAID 2.0 spec (http://www.iab.net/media/file/VPAID_2.0_Final_04-10-2012.pdf)?
This should be a supported feature. You can find our full documentation write-up here: https://support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1431638-ad-formats-reference which details all available rendering modes required for each ad implementation as well as supported ad creatives and servers.
Thanks for the stock response, but that is not an answer to my question. I obviously would not be writing you about this particular property if I didn't have problems implementing it. Can you, or somebody else from jwPlayer, check about this particular property? I've looked at jwPlayer source and I didn't see a single mention of adCompanions.
So then, how come (in addition to the property being ignored on my vpaid object in practice) there isn't a single mention of the phrase "adCompanions" in your vast.js script?
Hello Web Admin, I noticed that your On-Page SEO is is missing a few factors, for one you do not use all three H tags in your post, also I notice that you are not using bold or italics properly in your SEO optimization. On-Page SEO means more now than ever since the new Google update: Panda. No longer are backlinks and simply pinging or sending out a RSS feed the key to getting Google PageRank or Alexa Rankings, You now NEED On-Page SEO. So what is good On-Page SEO?First your keyword must appear in the title. Then it must appear in the URL.You have to optimize your keyword and make sure that it has a nice keyword density of 3-5% in your article with relevant LSI (Latent Semantic Indexing). Then you should spread all H1,H2,H3 tags in your article.Your Keyword should appear in your first paragraph and in the last sentence of the page. You should have relevant usage of Bold and italics of your keyword. There should be one internal link to a page on your blog and you should have one image with an alt tag that has your keyword....wait there's even more Now what if i told you there was a simple Wordpress plugin that does all the On-Page SEO, and automatically for you? That's right AUTOMATICALLY, just watch this 4minute video for more information at. <a href="http://www.SeoOptimizedRankings.com">Seo Plugin</a> seo plugin http://www.SeoOptimizedRankings.com/
