Videos are not playing in MI mobile.

ANdroid : 5.0.2;
Browser : Chrome, Firefox;
There are playing in all other mobiles, and desktops.

Can you please register by your account. Its a production environment and won't have any test accounts to login. We will delete tested details once after testing. Plaese check the functionality by loggining into the site.
They are not playing in Android and IOS also. Please check wit all the mobiles and kindly suggest me.

For security reasons, we cannot create our own accounts on third-party websites. Perhaps you could create an account such as jw@kapamilya.com? Either that, or could you reproduce the page at another URL that does not require authentication.

We are providing two different resources for desktop and mobile as following,

Each video is having its own mobile and desktop resources. You can see in source view of the page as I setup player for mobile as well as desktop. So as you said f4m requires flash but mobile is having a resource of .m3u8 extension. Is there a problem with .m3u8 extension, if no please check the player code and let me know if require any modification. Please suggest me the extensions that play in mobile.
Can someone take this issue as high priority and help me to solve the hurdle.
