No cast icon showing

We just upgraded to version 7 premium and can't seem to get Chromecast to work with MP4.

We have everything registered and {'cast' : 'appid'} added to our setup, but it just doesn't show a cast button. Also on your example here: http://www.jwplayer.com/products/jwplayer/chromecast/ there's no cast button. I can still cast the chrome browser (cromecast is setup and working), but that's no different than anything other site. If I go to Youtube however, it does show the cast icon, so it's recognizing it within Chrome.

Any ideas how we can troubleshoot this?

This is also the second time posting this, It was removed before?

I noticed you took the 'admin' from the email we used to register as the display name here, I don't see anywhere to change this. This is a very awkward support forum.

The demo page you refer to has never had the cast extension working, despite staff claiming it does work, it does not. It's a great way to show a feature with a demo that has never worked.,

I am trying to troubleshoot my cast setup and was looking for a working demo... And I too noticed that the Chromecast demo page doesn't even work..

It appears they are not even trying to make it a demonstration with casting enabled. ( there's no cast code); like it's a demo where the video is the demonstration.
Doesn't make sense to me, a few lines of code and people can see it really working

Did you ever get an answer? I noticed the player works with chromecast on my desktop browsers and android but does not work on iPads. Any ideas?
