All of a sudden, buffering doesn't work

Everything has been working well on my site. I have not made any changes. And all of a sudden, the videos are buffering and not playing. Once in a while, it plays, but when I hit replay, it buffers and doesn't play. I am using latest safari on El Capitan.

This might actually be amazon cloud front issue, I am looking into this now.
