Receive error on mobile devices

I receive the following:

Error loading player: No playable sources found.

I first used version 6.12. I then tried version 7.1.4 with the same result.

It works fine on devices running Flash Player (PC with Firefox Chrome...Chromebook in Chrome browser)

What type of video are you trying to play? I would expect HLS and MP4s to work on mobile devices, but RTMPs, F4Ms, and FLVs will not, as they require Flash.
