JW7 Playlist Scroll Not Working - Moodle

Using JW7 players, default skin, hosted on JWPlatform. Embedding on a Moodle website.
We have two Moodle websites, one that works perfectly, and on the other, the scroll function on the playlist popup is not working.

If I build a standalone html page on the site, the playlist works perfectly, but when I embed a playlist into a Moodle resource, the scroll doesn't work. The site is running in https, so I'm manually making the embeds from JWPlatform pull https.

The site in question requires a login to view, so I can't publish the credentials on a public forum, but the site is at https://classroom.globalawakening.com
