Streaming not working on different web browsers

We were trying our player (which is provided by you and you might find it here: http://www.digitaliafilmlibrary.com/) in different web browsers such as Chrome, Firefox and Safari, and we came out with two different problems: 1) some movies will stop streaming in Chrome (even after we've checked them right after uploading them to the server), but work in Firefox and Safari; but 2) subtitles cannot be displayed in both Safari and Firefox. We believe some of the films didn't work because their names included non-allowed characters (such as commas and accents), so we have modified them and, after two or three hours, some seem to work. However, other movies without any strange character in their name are not working all the same. There seems to be a problem with the connectivity of the player to the server.

Is there a solution to these problems?

Thank you very much.
All the best.

Hello, Randy,

I even have a chain message with the support staff of JWPlayer, although for some reason they stopped answering me and I don't know anything else. Could you please give me an e-mai ladress and I resend you them all so we can solve this problem?

Thank you very much.
All the best.
