I am JW PRO user...and I want to move to the free version how?

Frankly, it seems jwplayer email support is not working, I have contacted jwplayer support several times by email and I never got a reply. so I want to move to the free version of jwpalyer as I am now a paid Jwplayer pro user.

How can I do that without interrupting my online jwplayer service on my servers?

What e-mail address have you been using to contact us? What e-mail address have you been sending your questions to? I just checked the history on your account and it looks like you have been submitting mostly questions via the support forums.
