I find I am not get a response from JWPLAYER on any issue. THE JWplayer is not allowing videos to play on mobile devices. Some take 5 minutes to load and other never load. This problem exist with the latest version. many are experiencing this very problem.

I am facing the same problem. I use JWPlyer 6 and it appears that my video clips are not played on mobile devices, although they are fine on a Windows PC using any browser. Here is a link to my latest blog which includes a video clip (pretty much at the end):

I went exactly according to your instructions and the video stream is AVC, the audio stream is AAC and the overall bitrate is just 1039 Kbps. The video was originally 1280 x 720 and did not work, so I converted it to 496 x 280. Either was, it does not work on mobil devices.
Would love to have some advice on this from you.
