licence problem

Origionally bought jwplyer ads version... then went with jw platform all going good.
About six months they took player console away, still playing???... i want to upgrade to jw7 player in platform
but asks for licence key to 7.... how do i do this???

Are you able to get into your JW Platform account dashboard? If yes, you should be able to create a new player that uses JW7.
