it asks for "user" not email
When I write my email and password I get this
Your login credentials were not accepted. Please try again.
How can I get my jwplayer user ?

The login for JW Platform that the Wordpress plugin asks you for should be the same as if you were to login directly to https://account.jwplayer.com. What's the difference between jwplayer user and jw platform user?

Hi Alex, I just need to embed a jwplayer in Wordpress for my live streaming. Is there another way to embed the player?
You’d have to edit the raw HTML of the page to include the player in the HEAD of the page and the embed code in the BODY, wherever you want it. This is similar to any other embed, albeit Wordpress hides the raw source of the page by default.

Hi, I am new in this website and I created a Free Pro Account, that it supose to have access to the platform to embed videos in wordpress with the "JW Platform plugin" but that happens to me is exactly the same as dchoi, in the plugin asks for an "username" that I don't have.
I login in the web by the email, and in the settings don't show any "username"...
please where do I find it???
