No full screen in Chrome
My videos are not displaying full size in Chrome; they do display full screen in Firefox. Also, I'm seeing a black box around the videos when viewing default size or full size.

I see you are using quite an old version of our player at https://or.529stage.com/tools/videos/. I do not think that is directly related to this issue, but it might help. Usually when videos go fullscreen in one browser, but not another, it is usually an issue with CSS. Please try testing the player without any nested <div>’s.
Your videos at https://or.529stage.com/tools/videos/ are all displaying normally for me in fullscreen in Chrome 44.0.2403.130 on Mac OS X 10.10.4.
I also tried your test page at https://or.529stage.com/tools/videos/index-test.shtml but that page is not loading for me at all.
I went to college in Oregon. I will definitely help you figure this out!
