Not seeing the number of views increase - analytics problem?

Hi there,

I'm not seeing the number of views increase for some videos I've added recently. The figure in the "Views" column in the dashboard seems stuck at 1, and I know that the recent videos have had more views than this. Is there a problem with the reporting?

Are you using a JW 7 player in JW Platform? If yes, the views should be reporting correctly now.
