Live Stream RTMP to HLS with JWPlayer?

Hi all, I need help streaming live video in HLS. I have the Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder feeding a nginx server with rtmp streaming,
I have enabled on the Nginx config the HLS module but can't seem to live stream on JW Player. Is there any guide that I can follow to make this work with JWPlayer?

Assuming you are talking about streaming to desktop, do you have a Premium licence?

You can test the HLS stream without a Premium licence here:

It's all local, for testing purposes

"It's all local" - what does that mean? The stream is not accessible to the outside world?

So... are you testing on a desktop browser? Do you have a Premium licence?

Well, I don’t have a license, I have the Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder on my desktop computer and I’m running a Virtual Machine with nginx as the web server. Sorry If I didn't explained myself correctly.

No problem... You'll need a Premium JW licence (at least) in order to stream HLS on desktop.

Hello,

My name is Randy and I am from the JW Player Support team. Jherrieven is correct, you need at least a Premium license to access streaming features. You can find more information at the following link: http://account.jwplayer.com.
