One of the most important drives to purchase the enterprise license was to have the ability to use the VAST feature. Currently our technicians have failed all the way along to get this working.
Can you advise why is that ?
Do you have an example setup.
It's pretty hard to advise without seeing what you've already tried.

An example of the code you are trying to implement - either as a online web page or the full HTML/Javascript would be useful.

Ah...
The reason is because although you have an licensed Enterprise edition, this is not the same as the Ads edition.
You specifically need an Ads edition in order to run Ads.

I am confused now. Are you trying to say that the key does not cover the Ads edition?
If so, the purchase page includes such feature clearly under enterprise and secondly how can we activate this feature?

Indeed. The pricing page is very misleading.
I assume in order to get your Enterprise edition, you'll have already spoken to a sales rep at JW.
When you did, you needed to let them know that you are planning on running Ads because this is a separate feature set - which you have to pay extra for!
Even though it's shown to be within the Enterprise edition, there is a separate pricing structure tied to the number of anticipated Ad impressions you are going to be generating.
My advice - get in contact with your sales rep again, and prepare for a shock!

Free => Pro => Premium => Enterprise => Ads
