using mod_flvx and mod_h264 simultaneously

I am using mod_flvx for .flv extension(SD Version) and mod.h264 for .mp4 streaming(HD Version)... Everything works fine exept when I switch to HD Version of Video I am unable to seek in video.

I also wants to ask that I have only few videos with HD Version.. When viewing a non-HD video if I click the HD button, It displays error unable to find source.. Is there a way to disable HD Button on non-HD videos.

I am not familiar with mod_flvx or mod.h264, but if you want to disable the HD Button, just remove the element from your skin XML. Please see http://support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1412123-building-jw-player-skins for more details.
