Jw player does not steam videos when add blocker is active

We recently received many tickets from our user that videos do work on their device. We are pretty sure that the Addblocker extension for Google Chrome is causing the problem. When we pause or disable the addblocker plugin the videos work like a charm. When we try other browers like safari, Firefox and mobile browsers the videos work as well. Is there a fix for this ?

Hello,

Thank you for contacting the JW Player support team. Essentially, the AdBlocker software blocks the ad request which prevents the ad display. If a user has this plug-in enabled, it seems they are distinctively stating they want to opt out of ad delivery. I will make sure to bring this up as a discussion topic.
