Free License and m3u8

Hello,

I am having JW Player Edition Free account. The Account Settings Page shows:

"Streams 0 500 You can still stream 500 video streams before 07-11-2015 ".

I tried to play an m3u8 stream, but it shows the error "No playable sources found". But as per the Account Settings Page, I should be able to play 500 video streams free of cost. Is this offer not available now ? Please clarify.
