JWplayer plays MP4 video without Audio on specific files!!!

My JWplayer plays MP4 video without sound on specific files!!! Why is that? How can we fix that?

That's almost certainly an encoding problem. Run one of the "problem" videos through Handbrake with default settings, plus check "Web optimized," and see if that fixes it.
