Trying to put player in unprotected page

I'm having a problem with re-sizing of videos on mobile devices, but when asked to provide a link to look at the page I create an unprotected page in my membership plugin, S2 member. When I publish the page, I get "Error loading player: No playable sources found" I'm confused about can anyone help with this so I can get the original problem fixed
