Error happening randomly : Cannot load M3U8

Hello !

Users sometimes get an error while loading videos on my company's platform : "Cannot load M3U8 : 404 not found"

I am using the jwplayer cloud video hosting for the videos.
The integration is done via iframe tags generated in the jwplayer dashboard, for example :

<iframe src="https://content.jwplatform.com/players/ARuo1yVC-2uAcSVhI.html" width="800" height="450" style="display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;" allowfullscreen="true"></iframe>

This error did not ever appear before, but since this morning it has been appearing more and more.
I would estimate the error rate at about 10~15 %

Is this due to some maintenance issues ?
Is there anything I can do ?

I am not aware of any content delivery outages, but I will certainly escalate this to our engineering team. Can you please e-mail some additional data to us at support@jwplayer.com ?

1) Your public-facing IP address (you can find this by searching “what is my IP address?” in Google)
2) If possible, an MTR or traceroute to hls-jp.jwpsrv.com
