When I play a video on www.dicarlocoaching.com there is no sound! My computer and the video volume are max! I tried several other websites and the video, audio work fine. I checked the parameters, settings etc on my computer and they are where they should be!

It can be quite difficult if we do not have an actual page with the video embedded. I tried the mp4 you provided above in a sample page and I hear the audio and video as expected.
