Pre-roll plays - video never plays - video ad loops
Hello,
I have an inconsistent issue whereby some users report an issue where the pre-roll ad will play but then the video will never load.
We are using the hosted jwplayer with the enterprise video ad support.
Ads are served from DFP
The videos are server from Lime light as MP4
it's very inconsistent and I have actually never experienced it myself. However I have had it reported by multiple users from different ares.
Any insight on this or method we can ensure this does not occur, some sort of fallback or setting?
