JWPlayer Video plays on computer, but has problems with iPad

The video plays fine on a computer, but only plays 2 seconds and then stops on an iPad 2.

Thank you for contacting the JW Player support team. I’ve tried the stream on my iOS device and it seems to play the full feed within Safari. Can you confirm the version of iOS you currently have installed?
