How can i active my pro version with JWplayer wordpress plugin?


Hi !
I had puchased JWplayer pro version.
But when i submit my licsene key to my pluign on wordpress. It not work, then it go back to free version.
So, how can i active Jwplayer wordpress plugin?

Thank you for contacting the JW Player support team. That is correct, you would use the license key from your account. Are you receiving and error message or is it not accepting the key due to read/write restrictions?

I was use my active key in my account, but after i save option. it's go back to free version?

Do you guys mean that when you enter + save it, then reload, the field in which you wrote the key is blank? I have this issue.

Hello,

Make sure you update your plug-in when trying the license input, this is an important step. Once you have updated to the latest and greatest try the key in WP again.

But i dont reciept notification for version update on menu wordpress plugin.
I was downloaded new version from wordpess and upload to my site.
Next time for update, how can i know you release jwplayer update? Can you make an notification?

And, about JW Platform login, i can't login. I receipt a message : "Your login credentials were not accepted. Please try again."

Please check it. I was update newest version of JW Platform

We actively work with WordPress to release any changes/modifications and have them update this information on our plug-in page here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/jw-player-plugin-for-wordpress/changelog/ . You can find any updates here. You can also occasionally refresh the updates page to see if any new updates have been pushed. In regards to your Platform account, is this a newly created account that you have never logged into before is no, can you provide me the account details that you use to log in? You may want to consider clearing your cache as well.

Still having the problem where I enter the code, save, refresh the page and it doesn't save (appears blank).
