Skin and Player Versions

When designing a custom skin, what version is acceptable if I have JW Player 6.12, 6.11, 6.10, 6.9? The reason why I have multiple versions is because there are some applications that optimally run when using JWPlayer self-hosted. My custom skin is <code>target="6.9"</code> which I never had problems with before, but now I'm getting the following error:
<blockquote><code>
Error loading skin:
Incompatible player version
</code></blockquote>
This happens at random times with different users on a set of random videos then they function again!

Sorry about the tags, I thought this forum had that feature.

The target attribute represents a minimum player version.

Do you have a link?

Is it:

et(at)jwplayer.com
or
support(at)jwplayer.com?

I sent the info to support(at)jwplayer.com yesterday but Todd has yet to reply. I'll send it over to both addresses. Btw, I downloaded the skins to compare with my custom skin (it's based on glow when JWPlayer was 6.9) and there's a couple of new elements. Was this update to the skin announced at all? Does it make difference? Atm I'm using the new skin along with my modifications and so far so good.

That was a typo, it is support at jwplayer dot com.

Keep in mind we are on east coast time.

It depends on the elements you are using.

For example, we support new buttons such as Chromecast, and multiple audio tracks, with a new skin version. Nothing else really should have changed, though.
