How HLS ABR Works with HTML5?

Hello Sir,
I am using JWplayer6.9 with wowza 3.6 streaming server.
I have implemented Adaptive bit rate support in my system.
By using manifest file, My video works with Adaptive bitrate if flash player exist in browser.
But when i dont have flash player in browser it does not play video
My concern is how can i achieve playing Video with ABR In HTML5

The only desktop browser that supports HTML5 HLS playback is Safari on OSX
