I try play my stream through jwplayer that embedded in my html page ,,
so the streaming through my PC is perfect ,,but when i try to open my page through android ,the streaming does not work
so , i don't know where is the problem ; in the player or in wowza

Do you include the androidhls: ‘true’ parameter in your jwplayer().setup() ?

my stream is work now but ,,locally
i am try to play stream from out of my network,, and the player still loading
