JW Platform no longer free?

Last year I was asked to link our JW Platform account with our JW Player account.
After doing this I could switch between these two products and could upload a video to the JW Platform.

I would like to upload another video but I do not have the switch button any longer.

Is JW Platform no longer free anymore.

The videos that i have uploaed with Bits on the Run and with are JW Platform are still playing on my website.

I hope you can help me with this.

I do not see any JW Platform or Bits accounts under your e-mail address. Can you e-mail us the e-mail address you use to access these accounts? Please send the e-mail to support@jwplayer.com because I don’t want you to post it in the forum.
