Adding a menu option to change Slow Motion speed

Hello,

I think the slow-motion feature is great but quite not usable in practice inside the player today due to its integration. The only option provided is by adding a button icon on top of the player to toggle or untoggle slow motion.

To make this feature much more interesting I think it would be great to have a button on the player menu bar, left to the full screen, when you click on it you can select the speed (- or +) that you want.

Do you think it would be possible to build this in the new player release ?

It’s an interesting feature, but there are a few discrepancies between slow-mo on different browsers. Since this can’t be supported universally, it might be a bit tricky to implement. Regardless, I will place it on our asks list.

I do understand your point and that was one of my concern too.
That said I think you already have some code / feature based on the browser support level so this one might be "just" an other one...

Anyway thanks a lot to add this on the asks list, I'd love to have some feedback on the topic.
