Closed Captioning Failing

Hi Support,

I've uploaded two closed captioning 'tracks' to a few of my videos and keep getting a "Failed" Status once they finish processing. I was wondering if there is something wrong from our end and if so, what can it be? We've used .dxfp and .xml files but both to no avail.

Any guidance and support would be much appreciated!

Our player (and platform) use VTT and SRT files for captioning. Please refer to this documentation page:
